This is not supposed to be an exploration into exotic foods in faraway places.
This is not about place X vs. place Y
This is not about trying weird food challenges.
This is not a food diary.

It is simply observing the notable places I eat at. I travel around the Country a fair amount, and enjoy eating locally with friends. I also like to order in food from around my residence in Arlington, VA. If I like what I eat, that’s what I’ll write. If I don’t then I might say that too. I am not an expert, just a guy who likes to eat.
